Paying Your Rent Online

Credit Card payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

An eCheck payment can be made from almost any checking or savings account. You need only your routing and account number. These numbers are usually found on the bottom of any typical check. 

In order to pay your rent online, please click on the "Pay Now" button on the right side of the page.  This will bring you to a secure site that will guide you through making your payment.

There is a convenience fee of $25 per transaction. This fee is in addition to your payment. For example, if you wish to make a rent payment of $800, a $25 convenience fee will be added to that amount, totaling $825. This fee will be clearly displayed on the "Review Transaction" page, before you have finalized the procedure.

We will no longer be able to process credit card payments in person or over the phone, however we would be happy to talk you through the online process if you would find that helpful.

Optional methods to pay include using online banking, personal check, money order, or cash.  If you bring a payment by the office outside of business hours, it can be deposited in our drop box at the back of the building.  Cash should not be placed in the drop box.  Money orders can be purchased for less than a dollar each at either Irving or Rite Aid.
